It is nice to be able to order and send a beautiful bouquet of flowers to the family so they know that they are in our thoughts when you are unable to be there. I'm sure the florist did an amazing job. The florist sent an email once the flowers were delivered. I wish there could have been a photo of the finished product. Otherwise, communication was great, and being able to send flowers was super convenient.

The arraignment was beautiful done. Exclellence service and deliver at the time and date they said they would. I also had a tree planted in memory of the beloved one. they have beauiful arrangements and very awesome prices. Highly recommend.

If the flowers looked like the picture then we are pleased. I have done this sort of thing before and the last flowers I ordered for an Aunt the flowers I ordered and when they took a picture of them before they delievered then, they had changed all the flowers. I was very disappointed. So on that note I hope you did a good job and didn't change the whole thing.

We were greatly pleased with the ease of use of the Sympathy Stores website. They have made it very simple to view pictures, make selections and payments along with a drop drop box to select who the flowers are for. We were late in ordering on a Friday and the beautiful arrangement was delivered on Saturday. Great service!!!

I could not have been happier with the service I received and the end product delivered. I, intentionally, did not want a funeral-type bouquet of flowers sent to my friends' family. The time was autumn and the arrangement was "spot on". The colors represented exactly what I was looking for and the picture on line was true to the delivered vase. Thank you.
