Tommy L. Hubbard, age 55, of Strawberry Plains, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Hubbard; and brother, Lance Hubbard. He is survived by his mother, Frances Hubbard; and 2 nieces, Melody Hubbard and Melissa Veals. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Arrangements by Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
