Lena Faye Cook Seals, Age 79, of Jefferson City, TN passed away peacefully Thursday, August 12, 2021, surrounded by her loving family at Jefferson Park in Roger’s Cottage. She was a member of New Market Baptist Church. Faye was known for her beautiful smile, wonderful laugh and her tireless dedication and love for her family and friends. She was loved as a mom, granny, wife and friend. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Mitchell Seals; parents, Bill & Etta Cook; loving Aunt and Uncle, Fred & Nevada Miller; and sisters; Joyce Trotino and Sue Beatty. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Clay Albert Seals; sons, Tim Seals (Becky), Jim Seals (Jill); daughter, Jennifer Moore (Patrick); grandchildren, Jimmy Seals, Stephen Seals (Heather), Tiffany Taylor (Travis), Hayden Moore, Hayley Moore, Kellie Dean and Melinda Davis; great-grandchildren, Deacon & Mila Taylor, Easton, Tensley, & Scarlett Seals, Cameron & Sara Dean and Kara Johnson. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Jefferson Park, Roger’s Cottage for their loving care. Graveside service 11:00 am Monday, August 16, 2021, at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Dr. J.W. Taylor Officiating. Arrangements by Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
