Billy Joe Leonard, age 54, of Dandridge, passed away on December 28, 2021. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Leonard Sr.. He is survived by his loving wife, Tina Leonard; children, D.J., Amanda, Chelsea, and Tiffany; sister, Della M. Dugger of Johnson City; brother, Kenny W. Leonard of Dandridge. Memorial service 11:00 am Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Gospel Light Missionary Baptist Church, 3034 Apostle Road Morristown, TN 37814, with Rev. Shaun Turner officiating. All friends and family are welcome to attend. Cremation arrangements by Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
